Day-of Logistics

Assuming no rain, we'll be out in the Columbia Park Tent (between the library and the Rainier Arts Center).

This tent is 20’ x 20’ and will have 30 – 50 chairs available (more if needed).  A small, portable PA for announcements and lead vocals will be available. It is Bluetooth capable for recorded audio. (SWPS purchased this unit due to the lack of safe access to power in the Park.).  Performances in this venue will be heard and seen by cars and pedestrians passing near the corner of South Alaska Street and Rainier Avenue.

We should bring our canopies just in case, although hopefully the tent would be enough.

If it rains, we will be in the RAC Event Hall, downstairs from the Auditorium.
